Manufacturing time:
Depending on the complexity of the design, our experienced craftsmen require 10-25 business days to produce your custom product.

Compensation for damages
If you have received a damaged order, please contact Beitongyang customer service within 7 business days at

For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items
If your order contains pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, we will ship those immediately and deliver the remaining items as soon as they arrive. If you have ordered multiple items but have only received part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items will be delivered shortly.
