1. If you haven't taken any photos of your pet yet or don't currently have any, that's perfectly fine. You can place your order in advance, as our products are entirely handmade and available only in limited monthly quantities. We will then assign a designer to your order. Please note: When purchasing, please provide your contact details (email or WhatsApp) in the personalization settings. Our customer service representative will reach out to you via the contact method you provided. At that time, you will only need to send the photos and production requirements to the customer service team.

2. You can add your pet's name, a special date, or any text by going to the "Add Personalization" section. (If you don't have a pet but still want to personalize your product, please let us know in writing. Our customer service team will contact you after your order to discuss the details.)

Each product is carefully handcrafted with great attention to detail. Depending on the complexity of the product and the current order volume, processing your order typically takes 2-4 weeks. We prioritize quality over speed. Our goal is simply to present you with the most beautiful products.

Return Policy for Standard Products

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged upon delivery.
• The item significantly deviates from the description.
• The item does not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, please send an email to arboronx@beitongyang.com and provide your order number along with a photo of the item to ensure that the item was not damaged by you.

After verification by our customer service, you will receive a return address!

Returns are free of charge; however, you will need to cover the return shipping costs, which may vary depending on your location.

We process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and will refund the amount using the original payment method. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return and Refund Policy for Custom Handmade Products

Handcrafted custom-made products are tailored items created individually for each customer, making them unique. Due to their personalized nature, they cannot be returned once production has started. However, you can cancel your order before production begins by contacting us immediately at arboronx@beitongyang.com to cancel your order.

• Cancellation before production begins: A fee of 50% of the material and labor costs will be charged.
• After production start: The item cannot be returned and the purchase price cannot be refunded.

Before shipping, we will confirm the design with you to ensure it meets your expectations. Returns are only possible due to quality defects after shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 24 hours: Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing their order at www.beitongyang.com.

Refund after 24 hours (before shipping): Transaction fees apply:

• 2.6% for credit card payers
• 3.6% for PayPal payers

After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item, please accept the package and contact

arboronx@beitongyang.com,to receive a return shipping instruction. If the goods are not accepted, double the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
